They usually have a lot of parts in house. I have gotten everything I ever needed just walking in. They are not geared for walk ins but they have always been good to work with when I do walk in.

How much do they pay? Is it seasonal work?

People's attitude towards trail difficulty has changed...as well as the actual difficulty. Some trails have gotten harder with use and some have gotten easier. Some obstacles have disappeared under flash flooding and some have amplified....such is the nature of the beast.
