    5.3 oil pan

I have the truck 5.3l in my jeep, but before I put it in I swapped on a f-body aluminum pan. To do it you need to change the pan, pick-up, dipstick, and windage tray. Should cost you about 260ish from gmperformance.com. But before I ever even started it I swapped out that pan for a kevko...

uhm... So I know it's been a long build, but really, the last thing I wanna do when I get done @ work (working on jeeps) is to go home and work on a jeep. Plus funds are low.. I think everyone can relate... I would give a finish by date, but I will probably just miss it, So whatever. Thats...

    Project: Bush Baby

I set them up by cutting the grill out around the old stock bezels, then I opened up the hole just a little more to be a little larger than the diameter of the lights, the welded a tab on the back side of the grill and mounted the light on it. Not too bad, when you start with a round hole to...

thanks guys.. As far as paint goes, I can't decide on a color. So I am going with flat black on everything and maybe some type of semi-gloss black graphics.. Very knight riderish. I just want something that will be super easy to touch up after a weekend of wheeling. Then maybe later...

Need someone to install my Teraflex LCG kit.

Exactly. Gen-rites stuff is the easiest, but the tank alone is 900ish bucks. There are cheaper ways of doing it that are still very clean, but more fab work is required. I was just trying to let him know (if he didn't already know) that stretching usually isn't a cheap and easy thing.

    ...Nitrous...

go with a supercharger not a turbo.. Instant Low and midrange power. Good for both the trail and the dunes. Throw a cam, f.a.s.t rails and a centrifugal supercharger @ it and you will be happy. Turbo won't do you any good on the trails. You will always have to power brake it to get it to...

how are you planning on stretching it? Obviously using the stretch corners, but what about the gas tank? Are you gonna get a stretch tank, or are you thinking about just cutting out the cross member and moving the tank back? Then what about the rocker guards? Most stretch corners make room...
