Next time you have to do this, drive the back tires of your truck up on a set of car ramps first. My car sits a ton lower than yours, and it’s the only way I can get it in the trailer.

I’m with you. If you can see the headlights, and it doesn’t have chrome bumpers I’m not at all interested. No cane here yet, but my mountain bike is kicking my ass on a daily basis.

That last picture was for repairing inner tubes using hot patches. It was an awesome way to do it as a kid since it involved smoke and fire.

You might want to look into YJ flares. They will require minor trimming of the front fenders, but I’d imagine your choices would be much greater.

I’ve screwed up plenty of paint, but never felt bad about it because they were all free anyway.

I ran into this exact same problem on the LJ. When it came time to build a JK, I went with long front arms, and short rears. It worked out much better for me.
