I'm not sure what the cost would be but the Tear a Part has 3 TJs in the yard and in a few days a YJ will be out. Their price list shows $200 for a truck cab which is kind of close.

Hit the Tear A Part they had lots of them in assorted GM trucks the last time I was out there. They even let you bring the parts back if they don't work.
