fixed the paint with some turtle wax rubbing compound, i think it looks pretty damn good for a rattle can job. i'm happy with it. took this pic at 5mile yesterday

Well, i spent the weekend of the 4th tearing apart the truck, sanding, washing, priming, painting, and puting it back together. I couldnt find a good flat red so i ended up buying a rustoleum red enamel. Other than the slight overspray from overlapping strokes i think it turned out good...

i haven't changed anything on the tranny but i'm not sure what output it came with. i will check later today and post up. the outer ears on the bell housing were trimmed up a little to make it fit a toyota floorboard. thats all.
