    Schwarttzy Trail guide google maps

Did they try and call you out for using their idea as your own inspiration? If you're trying to learn to use web based api's or google maps specifically, then you're doing great and keep playing with your site. If you want to have the ultimate online resource for trail maps and offroad data...

    Constrictor Sign down??

That's what I thought. He's sourcing material to improve the road surface. I think that's private land.

    50 W motor oil?

I get 50W from the carquest in PG, and I think I've seen it at other standard parts stores such as NAPA and checker. To get it in bulk (since you need a few quarts), you can get it at an oil place (what's that place in AF on state and 5th??) or Cal Ranch.

    Side by sides in Moab

Observation is fine, but the source should be considered. I don't think there's anyone in Utah with more annual 4-wheel trail miles than cruiseroutfit. His obersvations are based on 75+ days off-highway each year. And it's not just "ONE" who has made these observations. I didn't see a jeep...

    Side by sides in Moab

Ah touche. I meant that in the specific context of defending motorized recreation on public lands "united we stand" is not a practical concept. Getting even 10% support from the 4x4 community is not easy, aligning all the varying interests of public land users under a single banner is...

    Side by sides in Moab

Anyone can say that. Weight is not the factor. Use makes the difference. Any form of backcountry rec (from hiking to dirt bikes) can cause resource damage. I have. It's a great bumper sticker, but it turns out that it's not a very practical idea.

    A Quick Poll

See, wasn't that more time efficient than telling this story to 100 different people over the phone? And we know 100 people won't call, so you've just delivered your message to many more people than you would have otherwise. There is no better investment in USA-ALL than to honestly and...

    A Quick Poll

This is a great chance for USA-ALL to promote itself to the hundreds of people who will view this thread. Tell us about USA-ALL's work on legislation and how that fits into what Kane County is doing. Give us the information that will attract members and solidify support for USA-ALL. It's...

    Who Watches the Watchers?

Who says we aren't? ;) Look at almost any non-motorized outdoor rec forum for information. But there are many other channels for such espionage.

    Big Brother BLM

Good stuff! We can go a long way by working closely with land managers on solutions. The recent increase in the open riding area at Factory Butte was the result of the Southern Utah OHV Club working closely with the Richfield office to support an alternate proposal. Their close work with...

    Big Brother BLM

I've never been convinced that "most" BLM offices are allowing personal agendas to rule over policy and the BLM's general mission. Perpetuating this idea as the "cause" of our problems ignores the real issues and is a disservice to the community. It's like a smoker with lung cancer blaming the...

    Big Brother BLM

Right, I've understood the interpretation to be something similar. That's why I always try to be someone they like. :) Agreed. I echo your sentiment hoping BRC can get involved further with this issue as they have discussed.

    Big Brother BLM

This is what I was getting at. Rogue employee, or stated policy. The problem is the interpretation. It has previously meant organized groups. As in a group with a name, website, established presence, etc. Posting on RME or MotoUtah to meet up with friends for a ride couldn't be held up as...
