That is correct. I had to use the same stuff on my 1976 VW bug. Bob's VeeDubs sold me the stuff and the new master at the time. It must have been 7 or 8 years ago at least.

For that price I'd upgrade the injectors personally.

The 2.5 turbo in the xt isn't quite as hot at the 2.0 turbo in the wrx, but head studs and an mls gasket and oiling upgrades would be in my list. If I was planning to turn up the boost I'd do head mods like fire rings and valve springs, pistons and con rods. Metric motors sells some well priced...
