Thank you very much for the compliments. I think I have talked my son into joining so hopefully he will put his build thread on here as well. It was great to meet everyone at the clean-up. Everyone seems so friendly. Mike.

    Good Moab Trails

A couple more to consider that are scenic yet not too difficult are Top of the World, the view from the top is amazing, and Dome Plateau. I agree with the others to get the Charles A. Wells book and do some scouting. Some of the ones we like are just ones we decided to hit last minute after...

Thanks for the quick responses guys. I think as of now the rear LJ driveshaft is gone and the Safari top. I still have the Bushwacker rear fender flares that need a good home though. Mike.

Free Jeep Parts to Good Home

I have some Jeep parts/accessories that I have been trying to sell for a small price on KSL.com. I want them out of the garage before winter. I decided to throw them up here on the forum and they are free to whomever wants them. Mopar Safari top for 2004-2006 Jeep Unlimited (LJ). Excellent...

    Moab Trails for Stock Rubicons

I may rethink Metal Masher with a stocker. When we were down there in June, there were a couple of dropoffs that were pretty dug out. We watched a group of side by sides even tear it up and dig it out more. I like Dome Plateau, Poisen Spider, Fins & Things and Hell's Revenge for stock...

Now that we know what you tow with, Let's see some pictures

I know I am new here but I will throw up a few pictures of mine and the wife's second home. We enjoy traveling via motorhome whether on family vacation or heading to the sand dunes or our favorite wheeling location. This is out third motorhome in the past 23 years of RVing and we love it. This...

WOW! Some great looking tow rigs here. Do most of you do the hotel/motel thing or tent when you travel to your wheeling spots? Mike.

South-East Utah Moab late October/early November.

I think we are heading down for UEA as well (Oct. 17-20). We have been down for the past couple of years over UEA weekend and the weather has been perfect, although that can change. However, it generally is a great time of year. We will be flat-towing the Jeep down and staying @ Portal RV...

    ZMotorSports 2011 JKUR Build Thread

I think it is just wrinkle black. When I first took my towbar bracket to them, I asked them to match the texture and color as close as possible. I think they did a great job of matching it. That seems to be what I stick with now, it also matches the fenders and top quite closely. Don't know...
