Yep, I pretty much agree with all the above! I drove my Bronco daily for 12+ years with a Det, and Ang's XJ was a DD for 10+years with a Det. Not a problem for either of us, I actually kinda miss driving with one:D Anybody want to trade a 10.25 Detroit for my ARB??:D

Honestly, I would consider some other options.... I ran the "desert cooler" 4 core and it did not help cool any better. I fought overhearing for 10+ years....The final solution was the 19x26 alum with 2 1" cores and a custom shroud. Now it runs right on the thermostat regardless of the ambient...

If it was a 302 with 351 heads, then the heads had to be W's. Therefore if they used the original heads this engine must be a W. Various 351 heads do not interchange....
