Yep, CPS....Changed it many times....DEALER ONLY as the folically challenged Marc already said....Also check the cps plug and the other 2 wire plug that sits with it in the harness. Towards the back of the manifold on the drivers side. Otherwise, check fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay...

XJ I assume. Vacum dis-connect on the frt axle is likey the problem....could be the actuator itself or a vacum leak in the system. Check all the lines, see if you are getting vacum at the actuator. You can also use a little hand vacum pump to check the actuator.

The valve stems are not an issue there are plugs available, or you can just stick a regular valve stem in it and have to options when airing up....:D Depending on the size change, you may just be able to just get a new liner and use the same bladder.

Selection of rims, can still be used if you buy new rims, don't have to ship your rims back and forth, run flat in emergency, legality stuff....
