only dif in co vs non-co is the threaded body....though you can get a thinner shaft in the non-co, but I wouldn't. Resivors are not needed unless you plan on some long desert runs....main reason for res is to add fluid/increase cooling. not knowing your eperience it is hard to say how hard it...

Generally I find Fox to be the best value and the easiest to revalve yourself/locally. I use QA1 coils, they are also a good value compared to some others.
