I have only skimmed this thread, but I feel like giving out unsolicited opinions today, so.... TTB 50 vs TTB 44: Not much dif in breakage strength. Same 1 5/16" 30 spline at the carrier (where they break) same pinion and carrier bearings (IIRC) and just a marginally bigger r/p. The beeams...

I was wondering why there were only 2 bends. Maybe a "standard" bender would work if you packed the tube with sand???? Might be worth a try, a 3' piece would be enough to test it....

If you get the right guy at autozone, they will order them....usually at a good price....

We wet a month after the wedding. Spent a couple day in Mesa Verda, then the 4th of July in Durango. Stayed in a 100+ year old hotel. Very cool plae, wathed fireworks from the deck with wine and cheesecake ;) Went from there to Silverton, Oray, and then Telluride. Took 10 days and just kept...
