My one ton is not lifted but has a heavy big block in it. I do get a bit of wheel shake up front especially when cornering on the freeway at higher speeds. The "rumble strip vibration" is something I've never had before and it seems wierd that a bump starts it and then another bump ends it.

I ended up doing the pcv valve swap (for an 6 cyl. 85 cj) and so far it has worked very well. I also found some broken plastic vacuum lines and fixed those too. It runs better now and isn't coating everything with oil.

The jack mounting plate is for the stock jack that mounted on the front fender inner wheel well. The bumper was a rear bumper, 2x4 inch tube tapered on the ends. What you are doing looks great.

Add a dummy resistor (or light) as a load to make it draw the same current that it would draw with a normal light.
