I need to switch my adapter and tail shaft on my c6 for a shorter one. I dont know anything about trannys so Im wondering if someone on here knows how involved it is and if I should just take it in and have it done. I really dont want to and Im hoping to do it with the tranny in the Scout...

It goes by how many axles you are running. 2 on your truck and 2 on your trailer.... you are ok. 3 on your trailer and you need a cdl. At least thats what I was told once upon a time

I ordered a Black Box underdrive gearbox today from Northwest Fab. Im EXCITED!!! I was just going to do the 203 205 dbler but it is a lot longer. This option should make my driveline angles perfect. Does anyone have the Black box yet?? If so let me know what you think about it

I dont like that there is only a 3" difference in max allowed tire size between Stock and Legend Classes. I think the legend should be allowed up to 44" tires with the same pending penalty

Have you checked the Northwest fab kit? Thats the one I was going to buy. It is the same length as ord, a few bucks cheaper, but they actually machine different clocking positions in theirs standard. You dont have to request it and pay more. I dont think you need a billet shaft only...

Ive never had someone not honor the price but........getting to that price has been a joke a lot of the time. Put a price on something for sale. If its way high....be prepared to negotiate or not sell.
