    ZMotorSports 2011 JKUR Build Thread

Beautifully done! I'm running the Hemi and never have any heat issues at all, mines the AEV kit. I'm not a huge fan of the torque curve but HPTuners has a solution. If I were to do it again Id look at an LS just for the aftermarket support.

Free JKU taillights and license plate delete

Ive got a set of rear tail lights off my JKU. The passenger lens is broken but still works. I also have the plastic plate that hides the hole when you move the license plate. All free, located in Spanish Fork

    Favorite sunglasses

I've had both corneas transplanted so I have to constantly wear sunglasses. Dr recommended Maui's, and I've been wearing them ever since 2005 (not the same pair, kids are tough on them). Great sunglasses.

Trip Report 2019 Winter 4x4 Jamboree

Guess I'll report too although Jinx covered most of mine. Rolled in Wed and was fortunate enough to stay at a friend house for the entire weekend! On Thursday I lead Triple 7's. We had a good group and were able to keep moving. As with all the other runs the rain made things interesting. The...

    Jeep JK brake upgrade ideas?

Best bang for the buck- throw the MC and booster from the J8 in it. Bigger bore and cheaper then tera's. Its a pain to get in there but it does fit. If you're running a manual like me you'll need an aux res for the clutch. I use a little one from a sxs.

    Let talk $$$

All the CD's I've seen are doing about the same as the higher savings accounts at 2.5%ish. Are brokered higher than that?

    Let talk $$$

Didn't really mention short vs long term as much as liquid vs non-liquid. Although it isn't a stretch to say liquid = short term. For me I'd say short term is probably 12 months or so. As far as risk, I'm a business owner with almost everything I have sunk into my current venture so I'm not...

    Let talk $$$

Lets talk about money. What does everyone prefer to do with their liquid and semi-liquid funds? high yield savings, CD's, which banks do you like? Anyone using Ally, Aspiration, etc.... Where are you seeing the best saving rates? While we're at it we might as well talk long term non-liquid...

    LJ Rear springs solution

AEV sold the Nth line a few years back to knowwheretojeep, they now run nthdegree.com. I dont think AEV is doing anything TJ/LJ related anymore.

    LJ Rear springs solution

I really liked my AEV springs in the LJ. I had hundreds of pounds of weight back (tools, spares) there plus the tank shifted back and never had any issues. You can still get the springs from nth degree.

Fawlty Towers - new trail at Sand Hollow

All of them. There was a good layer of snow on everything so all the climbs took extra effort. I dont think any of us got through without trying 3-4 times to get over obstacles and we were all on 40's. I could see with it dry that it would all be crawlable though. We even bypassed one due to...
