    Cummins 67a recall

They absolutely would, I've had it happen (on a different vehicle). Took my Tacoma in for unrelated work and they decided to hack the bottom of the gas pedal off just incase I didn't know how to install floor mats. Didn't ask me, didn't inform me, just did it. And hack is the only way I can...

    RME Land Owners Group??

I looked into it a few years ago. Basically you have to run at least 50% of the maximum amount of animals (cows, sheep, etc.) the acreage will support. They have a formula to get that number depending on the type of range. Which is why most large land owners lease it out very affordably to a...

What did you work on Today; Home Edition

Filled in the trench that I spent a month digging. Then redid the power in the well house and added a few other niceties.

Doug a trench, the hard way. Seriously, I do not recommend trenching with a jackhammer.

Some wrap around handguards will be money well spent. In high school I spent well more than the cost of some nice ones just replacing levers and perches on my CR. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/parts/tusk-d-flex-handguards-with-mx-shields-p

    Nate’s longterm tiny shop build

Just for reference, I built my 12x24 shed last year (I bought the lumber just down from the peak in October 2022) for ~$12-15k. That's just materials, I did all the work. No concrete, but it is insulated, drywalled, HVAC, etc. If you did it yourself/with friends I bet you could get it done for...

It's amazing how quick they learn and how quick they grow. I wouldn't lower it, a couple rides and he won't even notice it's tall.

Do you have a bike too? We should get together for some riding now that it's cooled off down there.

Try working for one for 10 years. I'm no longer surprised. Still disgusted, but never surprised.

Jeep Speed Goat TJ, the anti-build thread

Thanks for the correction. I am used to the simple PWM controllers for brushed motors and the more complicated speed controllers needed for brushless motors. I didn't realize that, after doing the motor controller magic to make the brushless motor turn, they then used PWM on the output to adjust...

Jeep Speed Goat TJ, the anti-build thread

No, PWM will only work with brushed motors. Brushless motors are 3 phase motors and always require a brushless controller to run. PWM is just a method of turning the motor on and off rapidly.

Finally got all the painting finished on the shed and well house. And got started on the new conduit run to the well house.

    Anyone into 3D printing?

So I'm looking at getting a 3d printer, but I'm a total noob and googling gives me lots of results. For a $200-$500 budget what's your recommendation? The ender 3 had several recommendations above, is that the way to go or is there a better option if I spend a little more?
