63" chevy leaf springs for sale

I'm cleaning out the garage and have a pair of 63" chevy leaf springs that need to go. I cleaned them up and put then under my unfinished project vehicle about 6 years ago and that's where they sat. I've decided to go with 4 links so I no longer need these. I'd like to see them go to somebody...

    Air/hydraulic tube bender

Along with the plans he includes links to suppliers for the dies, cylinder ect. It will do from 1/2" to 2" round and 1/2" to 1 1/2" square tube depending on the dies you choose and up to .120" thick walls. I'm not sure of the brand of dies he uses?

    Air/hydraulic tube bender

I found this guy on ebay and went to his web site. He designed and engineered his own Air/hydraulic tube bender and then made plans for it using CAD. He sells these plans for $17.99 which I found very reasonable. His feedback on ebay is all positive and he also has pictures of benders his...

Anyone ever put a fuel tank from a 2 door S-10 blazer into a 4 door?

I need to relocate the exhaust in my blazer due to the D300 t-case I installed. This is going to require that I also relocate the gas tank. The 4 doors use a mid-ship tank in front of the rear axle just inside the driver frame rail. The 2 door uses a tank located behind the axle where my spare...

Just can't figure this one out. Vibration at speed.

It would take some time but I would cut the spring perches, angle the pinion to where it needs to be and re-weld, or replace the perches.

Just can't figure this one out. Vibration at speed.

With the exception of some custom rigs of coarse, most but maybe not all manufactures offset the pinion right, left or up of down of the transfer-case or transmission output in order to keep the u-joint needle bearings moving. So yes, in the end a difference of 1 degree or so in any direction...

Just can't figure this one out. Vibration at speed.

Your on the right track for sure. To put it in simple terms, you want to point the pinion at the transfer-case output. Harbor freight has a great little angle meter I bought to do mine. HERE

Just can't figure this one out. Vibration at speed.

I noticed that you said your rear pinion is set at three degrees. A CV (double cardan joint) shaft needs an angle as close to 0 as possible at the pinion. A normal drive line with a single joint at each end needs to have equal but opposite angles at both the t-case and pinion in order to be in...

    Obama is way ahead...

Wow! Let the insults fly.....So how does my blazer have to do with anything that has been discussed in this thread? But since you brought it up, I will clarify that I have no problem with moving it out of the garage. And it is hardly lifted 3 feet. In fact it's stance is no different then a...

    Obama is way ahead...

I've never seen a bigger bunch of cry babies in my whole life! Do you people honestly think that the state of the country that Bush left us in is that great? Do you really think that McCain would have made it any better? I think your all delusional!
