So I need to refill this port-a-power with hydraulic fluid since it has been sitting for years. Is the screw I'm pointing to where I put it? How full do I go? It doesn't have any markings on it. If I undo all the plugs on the front and dump it all out will that help make sure the pump is clean...

I got the part in and everything seems to work. I'm not sure about buying a spare.
