Here you can see where the shop welded up the rear spring hangers. They did a great job.

I put more light on the frame to help show where the "Hump" in the frame was cut to get the rear hangers to fit snug to the frame.

I got the headlight trim on:) I had to bend back the sheet metal where the trim mounts to get the trim to mount more flush because of an accident the Military had when they owned it.

The original wiring in the rear went threw the center of the frame. It was in the way of being able to mount the rear bumper. So I relocated the wiring above the frame and out of the way.

It was cool to meet you today and get to see this thing in person. This truck is a beast with some quality work being done for sure.

As a temp solution to the fuel tank, I got the stock tank mounted in the bed using 300 lb straps and eye bolts. Then got some high pressure diesel/gasoline rubber hose from Evco. I didnt want to drill more holes into the bed so I ran the fuel lines threw the filler neck stock holes. I tripple checked the fuel lines and did not see any leaks or smell diesel. I then jump started the batteries with Excaliber and jumper cables cuz the batteries were dead on the blazer. She fired right up after sitting for over 1 year! Purr like a kitten... :)
