I got to see your rig a little on Thursday at the entrance to Area BFE. You have done an amazing job on your rig. It really is quite a piece of work. I really like how you were able to keep is streetable and yet very functional as well. The doors were killer! Job well done, sir!

I'm sure most of you saw this picture (Jason is one hell of a photographer)

The real update though is this. So after the OSRC, I realized just how much my belly height held me back. My rig has a 111.5" wheel base and with 37's at 6psi my belly height was 17". Not cool. I decided it was time to upgrade to some larger tires. 40" seemed about right

I still need to play with the lift height a bit. Right now I'm at 6" of lift....I'd love to stay this low, but I may need to take it up 1" or so to keep my uptravel decent for times when I want to see if pigs can fly (see first picture in this post).

Alright, so I finally decided to start on a project I've been wanting to do since Old School Rock Crawl. My biggest hang up was clearance. This should help with that problem. Of course I start it 10 days before I'm leaving to Moab for Labor Day Weekend. So of course, with school starting tomorrow, I won't be completely done.

Metal for my project

...I don't really need doors, especially since they're at the landfill.

All I was able to get done was the passenger side. Drivers side is still like it was. I'll do that in a few weekends when I get the time. School starts tomorrow....
