Blazer Build

Just talked to him. Guess they only have like 50 miles on them. so brand new. He said he was lookin to get $200 for em. but feel free to make an off.

15x10 8 lug Black Steel Wheels. No, I don't have any pics.

Thats what I told him. Said maybe he would take $150. Make an offer of what you think is fair. He's not really in a hurry to get rid of them, but he does need money to get his yota project going.

Are you sure your bronco is a '76? .. I thought they didn't start making the big ones until '78. I love those big broncos too.

My '76 gets called a jeep a lot, just not by Jeep guys. I imagine something similar goes on with yours.

Hey, I even like Chev's. Yep, I put chevy brakes on my Ford,
Steve

Made a little more progress today.

NP 205 now has twin stick capabilities, just need to buy some gaskets and seal it back up and order my twin stick shifter

And the 14 bolt is all back together With a DIY4x cover, and rear disk brakes still need to put on the hard brake line but I'll do that when it's in the Blazer!!

Now to start on the front axle....although I'd rather find a 60 first and ony do this once!!

I love the build, Just one ? though, what salvage yard did you get the seats from, and how much where they? I want to do something like this for my back seat in my blazer. I like the fact that the seat belts are already in the seats and have the shoulder restraints for it.

Thanks...same reason I liked them, I was going to redo the stock seats but the quotes I got were astronaumical:ugh: I got these for $450 for all 4 and the two jump seats from the place on 2100 so by the pick n pull place can't remember the name

Got some more done this weekend, 205 is completly Twin Sticked and painted, shifter will be here tommorow. I was a little nervous at first with this being my first real time in a tcase but other than re installing the roll pin through the shift rod and into the shift rail it was pretty easy:cool:
the 14 bolt is done and bolted to old rollers wheels and tires now all I need is to install the locker in the 44 and pray for descent weather for the install:D

Finally got some more done:D

Twin Sticked is installed can't wait to see how it does offroad, and installed a Blazen offroad Front winch bumper and a warn 9.5TI...Pics to come:greg:

Next will be the 60/14 bolt axles along with the shackle flip and 56"'s

I like it. You've done some nice work. I want to upgrade my seats with newer chev seats just like what you just did in my 82 crew. I'm also going with a shackle flip in the rear and 52" springs in the front. Have you done anything for the steering or is it still stock? Can't wait to see more:D

Thanks

Steering is all stock for now, I would like to swap over to crossover when the 60 goes in;)

Despite all the traveling for work I have been getting some stuff done:D

I've been cleaning the 60 I picked up and installing the high steer arms...King pins looked good as new and the brake pads were recently replaced too:)

here are before and current pics of the 60 I hope to have it ready to go in by next weekend:greg:

Front bumper is on as well with the Warn 9.5 winch from my jeep. I'm making a little panel that will replace one of the dash vents that will have in cab winch control and a switch for the lights
