The pump track has been progressing nicely.

We had some RCs over on Saturday. It was fun, but pretty hard to keep them on the track. And they tear it up pretty good with all their wheelspin.

Absolutely. The grass can wait. Besides, when its longer, it can photo synthesize more light. I'm really just thinking of the grass.

That looks like fun. :)
When I bought my house, the family before me had 2 coy fish ponds built into the backyard landscape. So I drained the water , filled it in with various rocks and busted out my r/c crawlers.
I even have a firepit next to it. It used to house a big filter (about 2 ft deep).

Honestly, my wife doesn't care 1%. She knew what she was getting into when she married me. :)

She gets a bigger garden now, so she's happy. We weren't using our grass anyway, and it was just sitting there wasting my time cutting it, and wasting resources watering it. It was a complete waste. We still have a big grass area if we ever get kids, but I have a feeling they're going to be BMXers instead of soccer players. :D

You're a nut. Cody approves.

just a thought, I've got these 15 gallon plastic barrels here that are barley extract comes in. You could use them to fill with h2o and stamp the dirt down, or underneath the rolls in your track to require less dirt. They are 26" tall and 14" diameter.....so if you put them on their side they would be 26" across and 14" tall.

They are free if you want them.
