You should have seen it years ago before they cleaned up the place haha. Are at the philadelphian a month ago. Good but agree that the hygiene of the place could use some work. Always let the deep fried mushrooms cool down before eating 🔥🔥🔥
Yeah they do. A very large tri tip got cut lengthwise into 6 pieces creating “steaks”. I like it that way because they cook fast and can absorb much more flavorThose are tri tips? They're shaped like pork loin ha ha
interesting, I was under the impression they were pretty great, but I’ve never met anybody in person with one.I talked to Nate about his Yoder when I was super interested in one. He doesn’t love it. Hopefully you can figure out what is the problem. I know they put out a new controller recently. Maybe gut it and replace with new components and to you will still be $$$$& a head.
If not I’ll take it off your hands lol
That’s what I got, a 640s. The lady that gave it to me was nice enough to suggest wheeling it through her multimillion dollar house instead of having to fight it down the stairs.I like my yoder well enough but tend to cook on a regular grill most of the time. I think its a mix of free time and needing to get dinner on the table. When I do smoke though its been great. Mine is the YS640S which has the new controller and came with two probes. Those have been nice to have built in.
I managed to wrangle Dave and Carl into helping me get it from the garage and on to my back deck. It would have been pretty tough to handle on my own.
