with my first rig I did the stair step thing and spent way more money in the long run.

Yeah! I did that with the XJ over the years& finally ended up on full width axels & 35's, it makes for a pretty tough assault vehicle, but not very street friendly!:-\

By keeping this one simple & basic I'm sure I can keep it quite streetable & affordable;)!



BTW: How much to go on the paint?? EJS is only a few weeks away!!

I'm starting to get nevus still have all 4 tube fenders the hood and tail gate. Other than that I should get the rest of it put back together this week end.

Looking through pic's tonight at what I started with and ended with. Don't think I mentioned it through the build but this used to be my best friends jeep. He always wanted it to be a rock crawler but before it happened we lost him to cancer. So this is my tribute to my friend Tad. I think he would like it.
