Still soda, caffeine and all sugary drinks free. I had another fresh squeezed orange juice the other day and it was a nice treat.
Went to the dentist yesterday and had to get a root canal today.... Glad I quit the super sugary stuff now before I hurt more teeth - I was definitely addicted. The dentist said my teeth are already whiter. My skin is better and I'm not tired as early in the evening. I've no regrets.

I definitely like F45. My wife has been going for a while and she's getting super fit.

I’m still addicted to caffeine but losing the mt dew was my start at weaning off.

I start my day everyday with a pure zero rockstar. No sugar but I’m sure plenty of chemicals to counter act that. I know it’s bad. But at least it is only one a day. Once my stock pile is gone I will kick that habit too 🤞
I’ve been drinking them for many a year. I’d guess since 08.

Still doing ok with my eating and exercising. I’ve had a couple people mention I’m looking more slim now. I don’t see it. Scale doesn’t show it. But whatever. 223 this morning

I’ve been thinking about F45 they are doing two weeks for 2.00 trial right now anyone in sugarhouse want to do the 5:00 AM class 5 days a week?
I have an F45 membership. It is definitely I killer workout. I actually hate it. Everything is is high volume endurance type work. My body is definitely more fast twitch. Example I can deadlift 455 for 3 but the 4 min pod at F45 deadlifting 65lbs kills me. But that’s really why I do it I guess because it’s out of my comfort zone.

I figure this would be the right group to ask... any recommendations on temporary flooring for a home gym in a unfinished basement?

So I raced rhino rally Saturday. 45 miles for the novice loop.

I ride 45 miles all the time but over 5-6 hours. Not 2. Not stopping was interesting but I handled it half decent. I’m sure my slight exercise routine and kind of diet really helped.

It definitely was a motivation promoter for me to keep going and trying to do better With endurance, muscle, and health

I've been doing the stressed out + eat less do more diet. I've lost 10 lbs since Xmas. Some of that is water weight coming back off I think. Now that I'm injured the do more side of it is harder, but I'm more stressed so maybe it works out? I'm at 214 today. I'd like to get out of the Clydesdale division (205) by May. Maybe under 2 bills by summer

Ha ha, not quite that literally.

The Clydesdale and Athena competitive divisions are based on weight minimums outlined in the USA Triathlon Competitive Rules. Athletes competing in the Clydesdale divisionmust be a minimum of 220 pounds, and athletes in the Athena division must be a minimum of 165 pounds

I swear it was 205 when I last ran. Maybe that's a local thing, or maybe I was just mistaken. No, definitely a local thing now that I think about it. I've never been mistaken.

Sounds like the first time you were mistaken was when you thought you were mistaken.

Nice job Cheston. That was an interesting race. So much dust and a couple rocks.

Today is day 8 of the carnivore diet. I feel amazing and tons of energy. I’ve been eating 3 eggs and 1/2lb of 80/20 hamburger and steak for dinner some bone marrow every other day also. I’m bored with the food but it might be worth the trade off for how I feel. I’m down to 194lbs I’m gonna keep at it atleast another week or two and see where it leads me.A5E929E7-29D5-4DE3-9CF3-C196C062D1EB.jpegE1BA0919-6337-44A4-BBAB-7D9947AABA32.jpegA8AE8C17-D299-46E7-8AA1-D1FAF39BD9CE.jpeg

I need to get our Costco membership renewed so I can get their bacon crumbles and get back to bacon and eggs for dinner. For some reason beef fat gives me heartburn, but bacon grease doesn't.
