Oh yeah, I LOVE their step bits. They're seriously one of my favorite tools.
The tube notchers are sweet for $40 and they might last long enough for a cage or two. If you plan on building several cages, get a nice one. I just make my friends buy their own if I'm going to work on a cage for them.
I have always bought their 4.5" cutting discs and grinding wheels because I notice no difference between them and the ones that are twice as much.
My HF corded 1/2" drill has handled some serious abuse as well.
