Yes it is, Brake Parts Cleaner will take it RIGHT off. Why paint anything anyways? The Utah salt will rust the crap out of it by the end of the year, painted or not!
So it wont rust in the 5 years it sits there before I drive it the first time.
That sounds a bit optimistic. I mean if it took an EJS to do that much work, you will need to attend about 7,599 more to complete your project.
