I got my fuel cell all mounted last night although I didnt take a picture of the finished product, Here is a picture of the fuel cell mounting basket thingy that Carl Made for me.....

I bought this fuel cell brand new, nothing says your build is taking way to long when you have a layer of dust on your parts you bought at the beginning of the build.

Carl has been a life saver throughout the build with his wizard like plaz skills.... Also your welcome for paying for your kids college education....:D

So Tonight I will have the front track bar all buttoned up and other than aseembling the front axle this thing will be a roller... it feels really good to be down to the smaller parts of the build. I will post some pictures tonight.

Here is the fuel cell and radiator placement.... the fuel cell is 100% mounted the radiator is just chilling there.

I actually had the radiator all mounted perfectly vertical but when I stood back it looked weird so I had to lean it forward to match the angle of the shock.... it just looks like it flows better

I like the cell mount!

Fan mounted in front or behind the rad?
Either way I'd make the direction of flow to the rear; I don't know if I'd want that heat soak to the fuel cell and lines.

Where is the filler cap in relation to the motor? Consider that if it's too low bleeding the air out of the system will be difficult.
Stumph has his behind the front seats quite low and it stinks to bleed.

If bleeding the coolant system becomes a problem, it's pretty easy to drill and tap a little bleeder port on a high point--my LT1 had one from the factory on the thermostat housing, that made it nice.

Or plumb in a remote filler in a hose somewhere, like this one: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sme-2202

The radiator cap is about a foot taller than the motor and I had the same thought as carl and planned on adding a remote filler if it was an issue...

Many people would never believe that I posted 2 pictures in 2 days, well folks here it is. After running numbers and playing with the front suspension it was obvious something had to move and suspension geometry is way more important than aesthetics of my chassis so in order to compensate for uptravel and keep my roll center where I want it I had to make the chassis clear the track bar.... I still need to finish cutting back the frame rail obviously but there is the basics of it.
