Firewall buggy with the S10.
Leaves up front, spring over in the rear.

hahah if it's not moving it won't hurt me. Expect a "WTF are these brackets held on with, titanium rivets" post soon though.
that's why you only leave the floor, and firewall forward. You could even ditch the fenders & narrow the hood & grill. Meat-buggy-esque.I DESPISE the Dime. It has to go. Not even an option.
Meat-buggy-esque.
Yep, it's a go.
Better watch the use of that name around here it might get you banned for no reason
Which one? There's been a couple versions discussed.
Nobody said you had to keep the cab... just the floor and firewall.I'm still unsure how starting with a full-bodied, full-carpeted, full everything POS s10 is going to save time over using an FJ40. If I use the 40, I don't have to deal with a roof when setting up the cage, either. Plus, I can set teh engine where I wnat it and cut out the floor with a LOT less trouble. Clocking cases in a rig w/carpet sucks. And taking the carpet and underlayment out sucks too.
I"ll take it under advisement though. It just seems like I'd have to take a lot out, and THEN do work, instead of just adding and workign towards a finish line w/a 40.
