greg, what size rad did you use?

Ben

Sorry, didn't see this the first time around.

My radiator is 23" wide x 18" tall. I got mine from TeraFlex, it's aluminum. I believe it was for their Hemi swaps, but they quit building them. I got the last one IIRC, well over a year ago.

You can get universal aluminum radiators from Summit Racing, they have a store-brand that's pretty cheap, about $150.

On my radiator, the upper hose is on the passenger side and the lower is on the drivers side.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
On my radiator, the upper hose is on the passenger side and the lower is on the drivers side.

I'd like to go this route with the next engine swap I do. I need to turn the intake to the driver side and have it end up going into a snorkel. What rad hose's did you use? Flexables or did you find one that worked good? Part number?

The upper hose is NAPA pat # 62155, the lower is a 2 piece hose, both somewhat L shaped, turning 180* from each other. No part numbers on them.

Here my update where i actually got something done..
I bought this welder new with their 5 year warranty deal for 400 last week, nice little Lincoln 175.
Got a 2006, 23K mile 4L60E trans last week as well.
And heres what I got done.

My only issue here was that AA sent me double sided studs that were metric or manufactured wrong because the studs that go into the clocking ring wouldn't go in with out tearing them apart, so i bought some new ones and they went in no hassle.

I did some trimming in the tub to fit the atlas so that i could have a "flat belly" but nothing major

In these next 2 pictures, I have a clearence issue with my frame and lower links. My options to fix this problem are the following:
1) Rotate the poly mounts inward and lose width between the mounts
2)Notch the frame and plate it.
3) raise the rig height

Because i have the polyperformance mounts with the uppers/lowers as one peice per side. so moving the mounts for the lowers outside will make the uppers interfer. And i played with the geometry enought that i like where it is so i dont want to move links around to much.

Front pass side shock has another 6in till full droop.
Now you might be wondering why i have the body off..
Picture009.jpg

Picture008.jpg

The middle 2 body mounts rusted through the body, and not just broke the nut through but actually .25" outside the body mount diameter was ripped out of the body. So now i get to patch the mounts and im going to make cage tie-in style mount with one per side so i have 6 body mounts than ill have another 6 for the cage/body tie in mounts to the frame.. But the shatty part is that my sniper fab fenders were built for my gangster lean body so i think they might be shot..
