Nice job! I honestly thought you were done when we past you the first lap. when we came into the pits later to find out you were still running it was cool to hear.

Ha, you passed us at like mile 20. That bumpy stuff slowed us way down, causing engine temps to rise. We were slow but steady. I looked at the official times, you guys were haulin some serious ass. You were 45-60 minutes ahead of us each lap.

We were hoping to catch at least one of the other classes and prove the Buggy's are not so slow. We ended up still 10 minutes behind the next person to finish. What a great race. If there had been another lap I think we would have passed some other classes. Passing was the coolest part of the race. When we saw James's dust cloud ahead we went for him, caught him, laid on the horn, and blazed through his dust before he knew it was us. I think if he knew who it was, he wouldn't have been nice enough to let us by.

Hahahaha! I think that truck broke down lol

Clutch slave cylinder... Whats this I hear about toyotas being reliable lol. We drove back on the highway, had some champagne, loaded up the truck, and then headed to dover for some blackjack

Good time for sure we hope to see you guys out there and kicking ass next time.

The mini buggy chassis that Rob picked up from Aaron Clough will be the next rock-racing vehicle.. The loose plan is a 3.4, SC'd if possible, and manual tranny. Most likely D60's, but of course nothing is concrete.

We even pulled a little VW 9 car buggy up the silty, rocky climb during our first lap..

The comradery with these racers was incredible. We are now hooked into this racing.. Alot of fun!!

.... Didn't see slcpunk74 after the race. What happened buddy?

-Jason

We are thinking about testing out at knolls in a couple weeks so if you wanna get some stuff done and test that cooling system while its still hot you should join.
