Thats why I went with bobby long u-joints. Try superiors and ctm's. I could of got the 60 birfs for close to the same price and with the birfs you get a 45*-48*smooth turning radius.

Back to the discussion--who here has broken a Spicer 806-X Ujoint without breaking shafts first? I'm still running stock joints in the Yukon axles, since my last set were still fine after the Spicer shafts went bye-bye. I figure they're my weak link now, but I haven't found their breaking point yet.

We are running the Yukon inner and outer shafts with OX joints. They have held up well since last year with no problems. Used to break joints all the time. No one has mentioned OX as opposed to Yukon or CTM's. As far as I am concerned CTM's are over priced and according to reps I have talked with no stronger than Yukon or OX.

That's about the only thing OX makes that I care for - their u joints. I personally have no experience with any of their products, but I hear lots of complaints about their lockers and no complaints about their joints. I sell the D44 for $125 and D60 for $225 each.Todd Adams said:
