Lunch from 12-1

1-2 doesn't have anything scheduled at the moment. We could do another topic, or spend some extra time on a previous topic, or do a drawing, or extend the driving time on the course. Thoughts?

Sorry, meant 1-2...

What am I missing here?

I'm fine not doing a recovery class but I need to know sooner than later. Time is a wastin'

oops, my bad, thanks for catching that. Post now updated. No training day would be complete without your recovery class. I wish we had more time to spend on recovery.

Kurt, did I answer these questions correctly?

IT sounds like we camp right next to the obstacle course?

That is correct.

Are there bathroom facilities?

There is an outhouse at the rock course where we will be camping. I believe there are restrooms near the indoor classroom. We are welcome to use the park's indoor restrooms, but they are a good walk from where we will be camping.

I would be trailering my rig with an additional small tent trailer behind it. Would there be room to park all that in camp or do the tow rigs/my tent trailer have to stay out in the parking lot?

There is plenty of room for your tow rig and trailers inside the course.

Are campfires allowed?

There will be a campfire. Last time that was enough for all the attendees. Since we're camping on a 4x4 course and not an established campground, we need to bring our own portable fire pits and keep all fires contained to those pits. Basically, by the end of saturday, nobody should be able to tell that people were camping there. We need to dump all the ashes at the end of the trip, and we need to bring our own firewood. Theie site has large trash cans all over, so we do not have to pack our trash out.

Bottom line: We will have a group fire, but you're welcome to bring your own wood and portable fire pit and clean up the ashes afterwards.

Kurt, did I answer these questions correctly?.

Sorry, missed this. Yes, with the exception of the porta-pottie. The have removed that porta-pottie for the winter so we'll have to walk down to the restrooms in the Ace building. The classroom area we are going to use should have a restroom right next store too.

Who is teaching the tread lightly course this time?

Fabulous questions. Stephen, any update there?

Bring the stoves and griddles. I'll bring my two burner to. I was hoping for one big stove, but several small ones will work too.

Should I plan on bringing plates and utinzles?

Stephen,

If you could, come up with the breakfast grocery list to cover the folks attending and all associated costs. I will have money from Teraflex to purchase said items. :)
