Thanks!
but ya, between work, being broke and helping out others with there projects and most importantly keeping the wife happy.. the bronco has been sitting on the back burner for awile now and I'm sick of not making more progress.

sure wish my floor was not so rusted out.. Going to make this project a little bit harder.

Working on it all day Saturday if anyone wants to swing by and b.s. But I'm shooting to have the floor done and start on boat sides/sliders.

It is looking great. It is coming along, and in the right direction.
I am working on an EB in my shop. watch for a build thread. Maybe you can steal some ideas, or see what I did wrong.

Sadly I think my tires are going to rub pretty good on the links, but nothing I can do about it but get skinnier tires.

Very nice work Mitch! If your tires rub the lower links you can try putting a slight off set on the next ones. This is common practice on some aftermarket lower links for jeeps and old broncos such as yours. It would not take much of a bend to make it all work. Also, the H-1 wheels dont have much of an offset.

Hurry up and get to feeling better. My Christine will need some work also. Lol.

Logged in a few more hrs doing RND mainly.
I put a tire on to check for clearance and I'm happy to report I'm pretty much golden. I was worried I would need to narrow my front clip but I just need to trim the core support.
Tires do hit the lower links but no where near as bad as I thought it would. The adjuster is about 1/8" from full lock. I could rotate my links flat and then they would clear but there stronger the way I have them.
And don't want to bend them cus of strength issues also.
I'm planning on running 42/14.5r16.5 rockers and I'll have lots of room then....so I'll just adjust the stops out till I'm clear. 1/8" of steering won't be noticeable.

I don't know about you guys but this thing is starting to look bad ass!

The tires fit perfectly in the cut out of the old setup...but now i cut to much lol the tire will go up 1" from where it is and that's full bump.

The RND I did today, everything welds together and I loped off the top of the 3link bracket and that's where my bumps will hit.

I can see that, might get 1/4" spacers to help with that...or adjust the stops witch will help my shafts.

Got the sliders removed and the body mount moved out of the way.

Thanks to apex machine in west jordan for making custom misalignment spacers to fit in my brackets and to run a 3/4'' bolt.
