This one just bothers me, reading the story, they shot the driver trying to get through, shot his back window, continued to protest for 50 minutes, marched down the police station shouting hands up don't shoot, were met with police in riot gear, and then only dispersed after one of the organizers got on the megaphone and told everyone to go home. Why haven't they arrested all of them? Is Provo only fond of harassing BYU coeds that violate honor code or something?Police arrest 2 after man shot during Provo protest
