rme trail ride during ejs

we would be up for memorial day if it wasn;t too hard... the tj hasn;t been worked up yet... but could have the cj up by then....

EJS we will be down there the first sat-monday...

We plan on being there the from the first weekend on.

Doing event coverage at the show & rockcross, but wheelin for the first part of the week.

I plan on being there with the family and will have a few friends out there Thurs. Friday and Saturday of Easter. I am sure we will all be willing to most trails, but I am probably ready for BFE with my Jeep and fam. We will be in the Comfort Inn and Suites. Look us up!

I will be at the U4 booth friday. I would like to do the Coyote, Strike Ravine to Green Day or Helldorado run on Saturday if anyone is in.

Saturday, the day before Easter, I have found those trails to be VERY busy, since the majority of the other trails around Moab are "closed" for EJS groups. Many of the people not running an "official" trail go up to the BFE area. This is likely where I will be too, since I am not a "follow 50 other rigs on one trail" kind of guy.
I do not have a problem with them "closing" the trails either BTW, that is what EJS is all about, not just me going down to run a few misc. trails.
I guess all I am saying is be prepared for crowded trails.

That is why we have been on those trails. The traffic is heavier no doubt but not what some of the other get. We would usually run coyote early, say on the trail about 8. Run up the ravine to Helldorado and depending on the log jam at the gatekeeper decide what to do. Most years/trips we either go down and play on Brittany or run up Minor Threat and do the bottom half of Green Day backwards until Helldorado clears up. None of the trails are long so it is easy to kill an hour or two.
