San Rafael Swell trip, Feb 9-12

So Steve, are you taking the civic now or the 100? Or are you hoping to have a taco by then? Another last minute build?

good question. I don't think the civic will make it on this trip. So I either find a taco in the next couple days, or I take the 100. Most likely I"ll take the 100. I found a taco i like, but the seller is asking $4k more than what it's worth.

Recreation outlet carries some decent hammocks. Grand trunk and they recently got in some with a roof similar to the hennesey.

Tell me about your hammock set up? Is it a henesy? I've been looking into getting a hammock setup as well, but I have been concerned with staying warm enough in the winter.

yeah baby! I'm going to guess around 400 miles round trip, give or take a little. I'll be going in my new (to me) stock tacoma. I'll bet your titan would make it.


If you can't afford it, or if you don't want to drive, you're welcome to ride shotgun with me. I'll pay for the gas, you just help me read the map every now and then.
