At first I thought I would eventually swap Britney's automatic into this buggy, but the manual is way too much fun.Things like this add a degree of difficulty for guys like us with manual transmissions. Looks like you have plenty of gearing. Looking forward to wheeling with you.
I think I actually have some of the parts for the steering shaft already, but work peak and tile season is upon me.We need to get you back to SH stat. Get it fixed and let's go.
This!!I honestly really enjoyed the manual in my buggy it was a lot of fun. However, I won't lie, when I swapped to automatic I wondered why I didn't do it sooner.
Bigger question was the 80 mph one necessary? 🤔Just curious, why add the speedometer?

I couldn’t find a lower mph, just 80 or 120.Bigger question was the 80 mph one necessary? 🤔
But did you hook it up or is just a show piece for a discount?I need an Odometer for insurance discounts.
I haven’t wired it yet, but it will be. I kept tripping over it in the garage, so I cut the hole and mounted it in there before I broke it.But did you hook it up or is just a show piece for a discount?
Yeah that’s my plan. The DOT’s are on black steelies.Does each set of tires have its own set of wheels? I'm w/ @xj_nate, I wish I had a set of stickies/wheels I could interchange, maybe someday. Unless you need to sell them right away, maybe wheel the DOTs a bit and see what you think before offloading the reds?
