Sorry, but RockLogic's reply is a complete Lie! I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks and did speak to people their twice who told me they did not know what was going on and did not provide any other information and would not even lift a finger! The Better Business Bureau of Utah has been trying to reach them for months and months regarding my matter and others as you can see at this link.
