Collections is always a pain but that's your profit, rent, supplies, new equipment, accounts payable, its also Your Paycheck!

Small Claims Court is for one thing. Make people do what they say they'll do.

Yes, Yes, and Yes, I agree 100%! We do that; signed contract, deposit, and no releasing the rig until the bill is paid. In fact, after talking to Seth I had a little pep talk with my guys, "No vehicles picked up without payment in full." I've been burned, not too bad, but it still hurts. What happens is you run out of room to store rigs, or you have develped a relationship with the customer and they promise and then you never hear from them again. So, if anyone knows who it is that owes him why don't we help the guy out just as we are doing for those that he owes? It should go both ways don't you think.

Yes it should, we're just waiting for him to say who it is that actually owes him. Seth hasn't posted up for a couple days....

He helped you out by letting you take your rig early on your word. Show him your a man of your word and PAY HIM!

I was wonder the same thing. The only people I have seen complaining has been one guy asking to get his vehicle back, which he did. And the other asking for his money back that Seth owes him for an order that was never delivered.

I think this is a good thread: OP and the other guy can post up happy resolutions when they come, and if they DON"T, opinions can be formed by the presence or lack of Rocklogic's comments.

So far all seems to be working out for the best. Good! Hooray! That's a good thing! I mean, we could have another Factory Tubular. :D But we don't. -_-

I guess the same thing could be said about Seth?? If you owe anyone on RME money, pay them. Keep your word and pay them It seems to me if he took money to order parts, he should have ordered the parts, not spent the money. I don't know Seth or anyone involved in this whole deal, just what I've read here.

This is my final post on this issue unless the payment is canceled or falls through for some other reason at a later date;

I received a CC# from Seth I used to process my refund and it posted today. He has stated he is still not up an running with the business yet but hopes the new ownership will be soon. My final observations here as an outsider, is that not everything seems to be above board. It seems that there is bad blood from past dealings causing others to hope others fail, regardless of merit or truth, there are people wanting to help that are just good and there are people that are just dishonest. I believe all three of these types of people are in this thread and involved in this situation. I am grateful that I received my refund and will leave it at that with many thanks to those of you who provided me with the information I needed to get this done.
