I love Wimbledon White and white together. That’s the colors I would do. I saw an EB painted those colors and fell in love with it
Hmm. I’ve never seen a paint scheme like that. I’d like to see how that goes together. My top and dash will be Wimbledon white (OE for this bronco)

Love it. Cool you're adding AC.

Consider trussing that EB sheet metal 9." It's going to live a rough life behind that Coyote.

I do think that even with the upgrades I’ve done to the rear axle, it’s probably the weak link. If it goes south, I’ll probably give Currie a call at that point.

Centech.
It’s currently on back order though.

Ive got the Centech in mine. Its a good harness. Just seems a little dated for any modern Bronco. But the Painless is costly and doesnt even come wrapped. So you have to dump more money into an already expensive harness.

I put a centech in another one years ago and was happy with it. I figured that with a centech, painless, or american autowire, I’d have to modify it to work in this rig no matter what, so I’d go with what I have at least some experience with.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
You should consider American Autowire. I love how their fuse block works. Makes it very easy to run wires. I've used them on two cars now. Been very happy with them. I add a secondary 4 spot relay block to run the fuel injection items. Keeps everything very clean.
I do wish I could find a fuse block that was actually intended for a fuel injection system and had spots built in for all the relays, not just one or two.

I'll check them out. I already have the centech on order but due to the leadtime being...??? who knows how long... I may be able to cancel the order.

No matter how I slice it, I'll have two fuse boxes though. The Ford Racing Control Pack for Coyote has it's own dedicated fuse / relay box as well.

So, the ford 6R80 transmission has no connection point for reverse lights. In the mustang or F150, ford handles this via the Can Bus system. The Coyote control pack from Ford does not account for this either. My steering column also has no provision for reverse lights. Ron Francis makes a Can Bus interface module that’d give me that feature, plus indicator for all other gears if I wanted, but at $275 I thought that was a bit steep. I am old school and don’t love the idea of using the Can Bus network for something as simple as reverse lights, so I ordered up a $30 I/P rated, roller tipped switch and fabricobbled up a bracket.

WOW, just wow. I haven't been this excited about a build thread in over a decade. Great work and I love the concept. My first vehicle at 15 was a 66 Bronco and this is a bucket list build dream. Love the direction and keep the updates coming.

Thanks Bart!

My first vehicle at 16 was also a 66 Bronco. LOL
I had a 73 for a while as well.

Now that I am getting some years under my belt... (AKA... getting old) it became time to build my bucket list truck. Of all the vehicles I've owned over the years, my mind always kept going back to that Bronco. There's something very special about them.
