with a quick search, first company that popped up was custom auto's by tim.....looks like the specialize in fords but they want $31K+ to do the conversion of 6 doors or 4.5 doors (4 doors with extended cab). I have seen some company that was on powerblocktv one weekend that does them.

Innovative Customs actually went out of business when the economy tanked several years back.

Seen a sweet 4 door hardtop right hand drive old school land rover today on Spanish fork main. Not quick enough for a pic.
