I have to laugh at most of the posts here. To be bashing a product you've never used or seen used is reprehensable, then on the other hand to be so defending of the new Eaton locker, which is virtually in the same boat, is again laughable.

No data, just opinions. I'd say let it get to the market and see some analysis, before you all jump on the Tera/Mepco bashing. As far as where it's made, if it's made to specs why would a company pay more to make the exact same product? That's just bad business.

As long as everyone is throwing out opinions here's mine. One of the best lifts I ran on my ol XJ was a Tera, and I liked my Tera Low on my 242 t-case. Oh, and btw, I loved my ARBs also.

Hmmmmm.....So I saw the locker today (the real thing) I must be one of the rare few. Then I come back to my office and find this thread, read the whole thing and I'm convinced you're all retards! Even you Brett. (though I like the cat). It's not just another ARB, it doesn't even house any compressed air inside the housing like an ARB. And it's not an electric locker like Eaton. Sometimes I like the read threads just to see people's know it all attitudes. The locker looks decent, it's well made, and won't be marketed if it's not a valuble product. Who's complaining about the quality of Tera? Hasn't there product increased in quality? I can tell you it has through the last few years they've made remarkable advances to their product. Just compare one of their old arms manufactured right here and compare it to one of their new arms. And are you going to complain since they've tried to save cost?
So then I see people complaining, saying if it's so beefy why are the pictures of 30's and 35's. Does that really need explained? If you're marketing a product the first axles you're going to release it for are going to be the most common ones. It doesn't take much common sense to figure that out.
Maybe we should see how it does then critisize it if it sucks. I know that (you know who)owns part of tera but that doesn't make it a bad company and doesn't make the product bad. (though it does sorta taint it and make the whole place stink kinda)

Tweaky if you can figure that one out by reading the thread you need to lay off the special "tweaky" sauce..... lol

There are over 112 posts in this, and 8 pages, I don't think I wanna go back and re read the whole thing... Are we talking about the owner of Tera or what?

If you'd rather not say, that's cool.

Oh by the way, Tweakey sauce ingredients: (make sure tweakey is spelled wrong, some mistakenly make the tweaky sauce which is the milder version!)

That information is confidential, but... Next time we go wheeling I can hook ya up! :D

Tibus Locker pricing

Anyone for some thread resurrection?

Just got T-locker pricing from Mepco, referred by Tera as their local SLC dealer (duh)
Pricing for the D30 is $760.00....plus compressor, which works with any pump that will deliver at least 40psi. "Should be in stock by mid-January"............my offer to demo the unit (free of charge, of course) and provide a detailed write-up is tendered and pending.......I'll be staged here with my cheeks puffed out. :D
