next update

Started adding tube to start building, width is 52" to outside.
14292290_10210985816544069_7847918024189828816_n.jpg

With the height and width set and it allows for alot of room under the seat so i will be stuffing the batteries under the driver seat and routing the exhaust down the passenger side.

14264052_10210985817304088_4570822355624502039_n.jpg

Once that was done and all the tubes burned in we started on the rear upper link mounts. Cory and I decided to go with a simple plate design that will get a dimple died top plate.

then for fun and boredom we threw a seat up just to start getting and idea of where and how to mount them. Wont be much till next weekend, waiting on headers to show up to start setting seats for leg room etc.

Little update, started the front end.

focus right now is on the passenger side. got the motor tied to it and the link mount started

14355059_10211087728291799_5031260192463860644_n.jpg14355764_10211087728531805_3966679618461422759_n.jpg14364753_10211087729811837_8219609496113683682_n.jpg

Driver side is recessed lower for foot room purposes.

So small update, first we got the front links mapped out and burned in.

Started with the passenger side, did some card fab, cory jumped on the sparky stick and bam, done and pretty.

14364753_10211087729811837_8219609496113683682_n.jpg14433009_10211097461175115_1439323786022044968_n.jpg14462790_10211104614953955_4281594740566364546_n.jpg14291650_10211104614473943_6577289083099359371_n.jpg

Next was the passenger side, cory didnt touch this side so no judging. was a bit different sense i recessed the floor ine 2 inches deeper than the passenger to accommodate my lurpy legs.

and final pics of it.
14368735_10211110962232633_5193875073618263921_n.jpg

This is 2-3" pass full bump and everything still clears.

So after that it was on to shock mounting.

First try didnt work, didnt get a pic til after i cut the bracket off. so after it i tried some different ones.

14446095_10211171509106267_6105660754684988216_n.jpg14494811_10211171509506277_394884888585348047_n.jpg14522863_10211171509626280_4297059705793980132_n.jpg

second setup cleared on the down swing, but not the up when the tire was turned at full stop. so i cut them off.

14522982_10211172097080966_1028109527083740670_n.jpg14446168_10211172097240970_8053210605318195092_n.jpg14449834_10211172097480976_5003983548989214095_n.jpg

So after 4 more tries we finally got it.

14502684_10211187346982204_8150534018651904939_n.jpg14502708_10211189784843149_6537083452990517113_n.jpg14572297_10211189784723146_7192700944468087217_n.jpg
