Then it was on to the front end.

Evil brow. cory burned in the notches etc for security/beauty reasons.

Then off to the front shock mount setup which like the rear is a process..

doing the swooped front end look, now we are moving the radiator to the rear and putting the trans and steering cooler up front above the winch.

You're moving fast on this. It's been 2.5 yrs with mine and I'm annoyed that I'm not done yet. The team work def helps (not from Cory but the cat. Duh) (maybe I should let my cat into the garage) I like the look so far.

Mine has been 2.5 years as well:(. I hate him for this going so fast. I cant wait for the tedious shit to start happening. The plasma table has been the biggest influence in speeding up this thing(and not building it in a shanty shack). Usually the tube work is the fast part and the brackets and tabs take huge chuncks of time.

Looks great so glad to see more buggies getting built, I want to get out with more new people...

Same. Its hard to find people around our parts that are into it as much as we are. It really is quite suprising to me considering the awesome trails and backcourtry right next to home. I keep waiting to see some new Old POS crawler project from some college student or highschooler around town but it never happens.

Random update with random crud.

Mostly just showing off my pile of the parts that i hope to be throwing on soon.

chromed up 454, all new gaskets and seals, head bolts, msd coil and rotor/cap with an accel ignition module. also stripped the distributor and cleaned it and replaced some pieces in it too. then picked up a high flow oil pump and pick up tube along plus a ARP stud for mounting it. then a chrome oil pan with the side dump plug and the oil trap built in along with a chrome billet flexible dipstick and a timing indicator tab.
rebuilt the throttle body with some cool guy parts like the injector body spacer, 14lb regulator spring, all new seals and IACV & TPS, then added a TAYLOR throttle body spacer with the Spectre air filter. got some adapter fittings to go from the tbi's weird fittings to -6AN fittings with i used another fitting on that to screw in a summit 1/8-NPT fuel pressure gauge.

15966267_10212299508385544_115060083214791898_n.jpg15966161_10212299508665551_4917382673245150071_n.jpg16105907_10212299509385569_1190308277897274258_n.jpg

Also finally have all the pieces to finish up my headers, which included the V band style flanges for the collectors, O2 sensor weld in bung, 02sensor, header wrap, metal zip ties for the wrap, and something else im forgetting.
16002851_10212299510705602_5111299994110624603_n.jpg

Also got some tansmission cool guy stuff. derale 16 row cooler complete kit, and winters sidewinder, reverse manual valve body, rock crawler pattern style shifter,

16114141_10212299508945558_3323515168605518004_n.jpg15977117_10212299509785579_3436827207871529101_n.jpg

Next is all my fuel crap minus the fuel cell that i need to build. all fittings are -6AN, cant remember my pumps brand, summit fuel filters with 40 micron filters, some weld in bungs for fuel cell, etc etc.
15977093_10212299509225565_1502225569505138548_n.jpg

Then i also recieved my wiring harness from ls1wiringharness.com all labeled with a fuse block! pretty neat stuff.
15965571_10212299510185589_4979882653290846246_n.jpg

and finally some random chrome stuff, winch fairlead which i scored for a hella deal at midstate 4x4, and some chrome motorcycle pegs and shifters i am going to use for shifter handles and the passenger side grab bar.
