We had a good hard ride yesterday in Moab. A sprained ankle but thats what can happen when you flip off of a 4 ft ledge. Cheston hurt his ribs on a crash and Chad's dad was limping at Hole in the Rock. Bob is the man. Your dad rocks.

I've ridden a lot of places and with a lot of different types of riders. That said, yesterdays ride with Russ and Cheston was probably the most extreme ride I have done. The first 6 miles took 2 hours with no stops to chat. At one point we had to walk bikes across a cliff with 3 people holding the bikes from sliding 70 feet down the rock. All said and done it was a blast. I was seriously challenging my riding ability for most of the ride. I was super proud of my dad. He rode 58 miles with at least 20 of those being difficult miles. He endo'd once and went over backwards a few times. He turns 60 next week. Thanks for an awesome day Russ.

Killer Kane

Here is a quick video of the first two obstacles on Killer Kane. They are tuff. Myself and Mark made the first one, Mark, myself and Chad (Glockman) were the only ones that made the second one. Chad flew up the second obstacle. Not a good shot of me going up the first one because the GoPro was pointing down too much. It took some time to get everyone up the first obstacle and I turned the GoPro off and forgot to turn it back on when I went up the second obstacle. Cheston has the green jersey on. I will put together a video on the ledge Chad is talking about. Those riders with hard plastic souls were sliding down the slope.

Its obvious which bikes have those damn cheater clutches, isn't that right Cheston? Damn Cheater.

Those damn cheaters with their fancy auto clutches! ALMOST as bad as them wusses with electric start!

It all starts going down hill with a 4t.. Next comes clutches, then electric start, then 4 wheels, then a roll cage, then heated seats.. Next thing you know you're sitting at home on a couch because you can't handle the real world.
