Shane, I'm sure might have already discussed this in the thread. But are you going to tie the two brake pedals together like a tractor set up then split em when you want to use cutters for a front or rear dig?

Thanks, I'll take a look. I've considered making my own controller to get more use out the 2nd gear.

i ran the 2nd gear on a toggle switch for a few yrs then decided i wanted more, so then awshiftings brettm gave me one of his to try and i loved it. but after 5yrs it wore out and so i contacted rory and bought the rail shifter, i love it more. with that plus the rockshifter in the setback location i now have full control of my aw4 1-4 manually or i can still use the factory auto setting. best of both worlds i highly recommend it.

  • Floor skeleton done.
  • Seat belt tabs / mounts done.
  • gas pedal done.
  • Seat mounts completed.
  • Made some adjustable bump cans f/r (using non-bling old school poly bump stops, but in an adjustable mount)
  • Started the min-cargo rack for the rear. (Thanks Carl!)

The gas pedal was too ghetto looking in the photo to post. :ugh:

Is that conduit? I need to build a basket ASAP. Strapping junk to the fuel cell and stuffing misc stuff behind/under our seats just isn't working...

It's not conduit. It's 1" .060 hrew. They have it at wasatch steel for about $13 for a 20 ft stick.

Trying to figure out what to use for fuel delivery. I was wanting to run some hard line through the middle of the chassis, but now I'm thinking about just doing hose and shielding it from the elements underneath.

Anybody see any immediate issues with my diagram below? This was about as simple as I could come up with.

why not just run braided stainless line? Its really not that much more than the other line and it will handle the elements. Not to mention the bling factor
