That is outrageous.

If you find yourself not wanting to pay that much, I will gladly take your truck as a donation :greg:

That offer goes to anyone on RME ;)

Seriously though, when will all this BS cease? Gas is going to destroy America's economy. Soon there will have to be National Guard troops at the stations with M-16's ready to go to prevent all the thefts..............

Ya know, I thought I had a crazy awesome way for my company to save money by using the old corn oil from the fryers for bio fuel. Turns out we recycle it internally and mix it in with the new oil. I wonder how much we buy corn oil for per gallon?

how come their diesel is cheaper than gas?

Cody

Because it SHOULD BE :mad2:
Traditionally even here it has been. What I have noticed, when gas is cheap, diesel is cheaper, when gas is expensive, diesel is more :mad2:
Even 2 years ago when I bought the truck, diesel was less then regular, then went to between regular and premium, now it is MORE :mad2: :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

It is cheaper to make=take les refining/processing :mad2: :mad2:

I know it's supposed to be cheaper-but why isn't it here?

Shane, there is some guy that alwasy comes into my work that lives in Kamas and I guess he's building a HUGE bio diesel production plant or something. I guess I could find his business card and give him a call to see whats up

Will we can thanks Katrina for this price increases they say that it is only to get worse then what it all ready has. Not only will price at the pumps go up but the price for natural gas is to go up also. If they don’t get stuff fixed out in the gulf then we will be looking at a very big gas bill to keep are houses warm for the winter. :( :(

that 8 of the major US refineries is/are in the area where katrina hit. they inspected one yesterday and deemed not fit to operate

of the 13 oil rigs that were in the path of katrina, 2 are missing, and 1 broke lose and crashed into a bridge somewhere down by new orleans.
