time to bring this back from the grave. I've been loving my walking targets.

Carl, it's time to step it up and build a texas star. This video clip is the only one I can find that shows how the texas star works. 5:02 in.

That guy has some serious ADD. He just keeps rambling on about his targets. Those wagon wheels are either a bear or a breeze to clear. They use them in IDPA shoots out at the Farm by 5 mile. I have emptied 2 full mags trying to clear one. Fun though.

I'm ready. Actually I've been thinking about it on and off, I think I know how I want to put it together. :cool: Just waiting on $$ commitment, since it's not going to be cheap. If we can get enough interest to build more than a couple, it will help the per-unit price.

Yep, I have them on the shelf ready to go. (both the targets and the hub thingies :D) I'll PM you.

PM me a rough price and I can pre-order if it's in my budget. You might be able to make packages.

package 1 - all parts, unassembled
package 2 - all parts, necessary welds made
package 3 - complete, no paint
package 4 - complete, painted

Now that I look at it, that's getting pretty complicated.

i think you should make some of those tree targets with the swiveling pieces so you can compete with someone to get all the target arms on their side. they did it on american guns and it looked like a fun competition. from the looks of it you could make a super easy kit for it with the target arms and the triangle pieces with holes to attach it to the angle iron. the only part that would suck is taking it places... hmmm
