you got a bigger version of that pic? I'm pretty sure that was the weekend that I snuck into your camp and wrote "coreshot was here" on the door of Ole Blue. That would be my most redneck moment.:D

Does sh*tting in a bucket in the back seat of a crew cab count? If it was in a parking lot in West Virginia, does it count more??

not that I've uh... personally ever done that or anything... :ugh:

Sitting off the side of I15 in lehi, in the dark with a pair of dana 60s strapped to a tandem axle trailer with two tires on it, two flats in the back of the dodge, and two spares with the wrong bolt pattern.
My dad with a hammer and a nail making MacGyver holes in the inner fender skirt that had popped loose and eaten the tires. Then using wood screws to hold the skirting back to the wooden deck of the trailer.
(borrowed POS trailer....)
The only way it could have been more redneck would have been to wear overalls, and involve moonshine and fire.

I just remembered my cousin telling me that he had charged the battery of an old chevy nova using a bandana and a chainsaw....
Removed belt, tied bandana around pulley, removed the "blade" from the chainsaw, and wrapped the chain around the alternator pulley... gidyup.

I think he might have actually done it too... he's just that kinda redneck.

Once upon a time, I was helping Goingcommando pull a 4.3 out of a GM van... and somehow an axe was implemented as a tool to remove "unnecessary" parts from the surrounding engine bay. :busted:

that brings back some good memories! me and several RMER'S (I wont name names) once got a motor out with a sawzall some wire cutters and like two wrenches! the motor went into old blue!!!:D

Is it awkward that I can think of multiple redneck moments? :ugh: There was the time that someone thought their truck would sound better if they shoved Pink Panther insulation up the tail pipe and secured it with roofing screws. Another quality moment was when we lost a body mount on the Bronco and it was replaced with a piece of threaded black pipe. LJ's clutch pin is a piece of wire from a locator's flag. We relocated an axle using 2 big ass stumps, 2 jack stands, and a racheting strap. One night coming home from Moab, an elk ran into our goose neck and bent the handle. Chris got so mad about the *@$% thing breaking his trailer, he backed the 44 foot long mess down a major highway and had me out there looking for the broken piece in the headlights.

Those are just a few that came to mind right now. :)
